Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally-sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new clients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.

• Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to the specific requirements identified during assessments, employing evidence-based techniques to promote positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely billing and documentation, including the completion of individualized treatment plans and submission of insurance authorization forms.
\n
• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans for patients to maintain stability and promote healthier lifestyles.

• Create and implement effective discharge plans for clients transitioning out of active therapy.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all relevant federal and state regulations, along with Concentra’s policies and procedures, to ensure quality care and compliance.
\n
• Continuously enhance professional competence by engaging in ongoing training and education opportunities.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation meetings and agency meetings to ensure collaborative care and shared learning.
\n
• Fulfill all ongoing licensure requirements and mandatory training to stay updated in the evolving mental health landscape.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Concentra, you will work with a broad spectrum of patients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that culminates in licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Colorado as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in teletherapy and remote counseling modalities.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with licensure and clinical experience.
