Key Responsibilities\n

  Supervise a dynamic cohort of practicum students as they pursue their clinical licensure, offering timely feedback and guidance to ensure their professional growth.

  Provide individual, couple, and family psychotherapy services, employing evidence-based practices and tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

  Develop and implement effective treatment plans in coordination with clients and their support systems, closely monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as required.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  Two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
