Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to help them progress in their clinical skills.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services through telehealth platforms to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, assessing client progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and advancements in psychotherapy methodologies to provide the most effective care possible.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state license to practice psychotherapy, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, ideally in a remote or outpatient setting.

• Generous salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on full-time or part-time commitments.
