Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students enrolled in clinical licensure programs, helping them navigate their educational journey and develop their therapeutic skills.

• Engage in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients, facilitating referrals as necessary.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling, with specific experience in a supervisory role being preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, alongside an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000.
