Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or are currently enrolled in Master’s programs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver psychotherapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver integrated care and support for our clients.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans that reflect best practices and the latest research in mental health therapy.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Continuously stay informed about advancements in therapy and contribute ideas to improve service delivery within the organization.

You will be working with a varied clientele that includes individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking help for a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state-issued license: LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
