Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students, enhancing their clinical experience and supporting their journey toward licensure.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, adapting modalities according to client needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic care and enhanced patient outcomes.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in concert with clients, ensuring tailored approaches that respect their unique circumstances and goals.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring that all client interactions are documented appropriately.

• Engage with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment, integrating new methodologies into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on a variety of clients seeking mental health support, encompassing a range of issues from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions. You will apply a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with clients to empower them on their personal paths toward healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• A Valid State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Current professional liability insurance.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
