Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients and their families, focusing on areas such as abilities, interests, motivations, and psychological implications of physical ailments or substance abuse issues.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to evaluate, diagnose, and treat various mental health conditions, which may include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders among others.

• Establish and document achievable treatment goals using appropriate psychotherapeutic methods, including individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention.
\n
• Monitor and document clinical data in patients' medical records, ensuring that all entries are objective, concise, and relevant in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate care and ensure that each patient receives a comprehensive continuum of services tailored to their needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in case consultations and team meetings to stay current with best practices in social work.

• Perform additional duties as required to support the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The demographic served primarily consists of adults who may be experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to addiction, mood swings, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution along with proof of completed internship meeting professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
