Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients and their families, considering aspects such as strengths, challenges, and unique needs.

• Diagnose and provide evidence-based treatment interventions for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and behavioral issues.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic and achievable treatment goals while utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive therapy, crisis intervention, and family therapy.

• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring that all clinical notes are objective, concise, and relevant within the electronic medical record system.

• Effectively engage with other team members and refer to specialists when appropriate, creating a comprehensive support system for each client.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and share insights that promote collective clinical excellence.

Qualifications\n

Pacific River Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, reflective of experience and role specifics.
