Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans using the latest best practices in psychotherapy.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused strategies, tailored to each client’s specific needs and circumstances.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation and case notes, ensuring all records are up to date and compliant with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, participating in case consultations and teamwork meetings to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage actively with clients' families, providing education and support to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Stay informed on current mental health research and innovative practices to continually enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Sunrise Valley, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with specialization in psychotherapy and therapeutic modalities.

• Strong proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, health-focused environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a hospice or palliative care setting, particularly with terminally ill patients and their families.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Ability to utilize telehealth platforms effectively for client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
