Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual and in-person assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, ensuring tailored treatment plans are developed collaboratively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to effectively address a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Engage with interdisciplinary colleagues both virtually and face-to-face, facilitating comprehensive care through open communication and the seamless sharing of client information.

• Maintain precise documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans using our established electronic health record systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide advocacy for clients, assisting with navigation of community resources and entitlements, leveraging both in-person meetings and digital platforms.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, reflecting your skills and experience in the field.
