Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and developing personalized treatment plans utilizing best practices and solution-focused strategies.

• Delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client’s specific challenges and preferences.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and high-quality care standards.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate effective and holistic patient care.

• Participating in routine case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance care quality and share best practices among colleagues.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
