Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Consulting and collaborating with clients, case managers, and both internal and external providers to ensure seamless care coordination and client support.

• Maintaining accurate and timely administrative and clinical records in accordance with RAMS policies and clinical standards.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention services as needed, utilizing your knowledge of effective strategies to support clients in distress.
\n
• Participating actively in case conferences and clinical team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices.
\n
• Engaging in both individual and group supervision sessions to enhance your professional development.
\n
• Completing psychological assessment reports, offering vocational recommendations, and ensuring feedback is appropriate to the client's comprehension level.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to assess client suitability for various therapeutic approaches, work assignments, or referrals to additional resources.

• Delivering culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling, tailored to both individual and group needs, as well as providing essential case management services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily engage individuals struggling with major mental illnesses such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma-related concerns, and grief-related issues. Our clinic serves a diverse client base, welcoming individuals from various cultural backgrounds and experiences. Your ability to relate empathetically and provide culturally relevant care will enhance client outcomes and build trust in the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• A valid Social Work License issued in compliance with State Regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Proficiency in various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders and diagnoses.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and working cohesively with team members.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage interruptions effectively.

• A clean history regarding Medical Malpractice Claims, verified through a third party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.
