Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mental health counseling to youth and young adults, utilizing evidence-based practices to address emotional and psychological issues.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, to create individualized treatment plans that outline goals and interventions.
\n
• Implement appropriate behavioral therapy techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients manage their conditions effectively.

• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient confidentiality and integrity.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care strategies and discuss patient progress and outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health therapy and support.

In this role, you will primarily support youth and young adults grappling with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a medical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
