Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support packages tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring that their emotional and psychological requirements are met throughout their hospice journey.

• Conduct detailed interviews with clients to gather essential information about their current emotional state, background, strengths, and challenges, using this data to inform care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with patients in hospice care, many of whom are grappling with terminal illnesses and the associated emotional challenges. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate their feelings, offering them tools to cope with their circumstances and providing emotional support to their families as well.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), psychology, or sociology is required.

• Avalid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, along with performance bonuses.
