Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, using tools and methodologies such as standardized assessments and interviews.

• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families facing an array of life challenges, including grief, terminal illness, and caregiver stress, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients in a hospice setting, where the focus will be on providing emotional and psychological support to patients nearing the end of life, as well as their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
