Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to hospice care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will primarily work with patients in hospice care, including those facing life-limiting illnesses and their families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
