Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while still contributing to the vital hospice services we offer. You will have the option of flexible scheduling with either 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Deliver psychotherapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups dealing with grief, loss, and complex emotional challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather and interpret social, personal, and health-related information that informs your treatment approach.
\n
• Evaluate client issues effectively, creating tailored treatment plans and interventions within your scope of practice.
\n
• Develop and coordinate programs to address social and emotional needs, ensuring comprehensive support for your client's wellbeing.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention, managing behavioral health cases, hence facilitating immediate referrals to community resources as needed.
\n
• Build and maintain a supportive, trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting an environment of respect and acceptance.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with established protocols, ensuring accurate and timely case management.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring that all client documentation is current and reflective of each person's treatment journey.

• Deliver individual clinical counseling and adapt to other duties as assigned by the supervisory team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a vulnerable population in a hospice setting, where you will provide essential mental health support during some of life’s most challenging moments. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients navigate grief, loss, and mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. Your interventions will contribute directly to enhancing clients’ quality of life and supporting their families during these critical times.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health settings, especially within a clinical or counseling role.

We prefer candidates with prior experience in behavioral health treatment, particularly in handling cases involving depression, addiction, grief, and familial relationships. Familiarity with community resources and an understanding of the hospice framework will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 and USD 104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
