The work setting is hybrid, accommodating both remote teletherapy sessions and in-person appointments within our detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual and in-person assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma-related disorders.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated care, sharing client progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Document client interactions accurately and punctually within electronic health record systems, tracking progress and outcomes while ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults experiencing substance use disorders, those in recovery, and individuals grappling with mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
