Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Inner Healing Therapy & Wellness, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with the treatment team to communicate patient needs effectively, enhancing care plans and discharge goals.

• Developing comprehensive discharge plans in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a smooth transition for patients.

• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of patient interactions in electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Building and nurturing strong therapeutic relationships with patients to foster trust and promote open communication regarding their mental health.

• Participating in specialized projects and other duties as assigned to support organizational goals and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, all facing a range of mental health challenges. This could involve working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Experience\n
