Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients in a range of settings, providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for those faced with significant mental health challenges.

• Create and implement tailored care plans, ensuring that clients have access to necessary linked services and support from their families and healthcare providers.

• Offer therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, to address diverse emotional and psychological needs.

• Collaborate effectively with your team, leveraging diverse perspectives to create holistic and tailored care strategies that meet each client’s unique needs.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of client progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to promote positive outcomes.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and crisis intervention teams, offering support and guidance during critical moments in clients' lives.

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of reports, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients presenting with complex mental health issues, including severe emotional disorders and symptoms of major mental illness. Embracing a holistic and empathetic approach, you will incorporate developmental considerations into your work with various age groups and cultural backgrounds, ensuring the delivery of culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Community Uplifters LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
