Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage as a clinician, providing assessments and therapeutic services to clients in both virtual and home settings.

• Conduct screenings that are evidence-based and developmentally appropriate, arranging for comprehensive assessments as needed.

• Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure clients have seamless access to necessary services, including collaboration with family members and other providers.

• Carry a caseload that includes direct therapy services—individual, group, and family therapy—tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings to further develop treatment approaches and address ongoing challenges in client care.

• Conduct crisis interventions when necessary, utilizing effective de-escalation strategies and ensuring the safety of clients.

• Monitor client progress, including managing admissions, ongoing evaluations, and discharge planning to facilitate recovery and well-being.

• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, maintaining high ethical standards in your practice.

• Contribute to agency-wide committees focused on service delivery improvements and quality assurance initiatives.

• Provide on-call support as needed during and after hours, reinforcing our commitment to responsive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
