This remote role allows you to provide critical mental health support within our Detox Center, located in Vancouver, Washington. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Wellmore Health Center, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to facilitate comprehensive care.
\n
• Interfacing with insurance companies to ensure pre-certification and manage utilization reviews effectively.
\n
• Participating in comprehensive discharge and aftercare planning to ensure continuity of care and optimal recovery pathways.
\n
• Delivering therapeutic meal support, while fostering a healthy relationship with food in alignment with clients’ mental health needs and recovery goals.
\n
• Providing empathetic and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances and intersecting identities, ultimately promoting their dignity and belonging.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing challenges with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our client focus extends to older adults, and our approach recognizes the importance of addressing diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LICSW license to practice in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
