Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing telehealth technology to ensure effective communication.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs, goals, and progress.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists, to deliver comprehensive care and support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical assessments and intervention strategies, continuously striving to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role entails working primarily with individuals struggling with various challenges, including substance use disorders, mental health issues, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing direct clinical social work services.
\n
• Proven proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and ethical practice in social work.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote environment, utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy provision.

• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices particularly relevant to addiction and mental health treatment.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and others.
