The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, aligning with the experience and expertise of the selected candidate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders through both virtual and in-person sessions, developing strong therapeutic relationships.

• Participate actively as a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to shared goals and advancing client-centered approaches to healthcare.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to determine the psychological needs of clients; develop individualized care plans based on comprehensive evaluations.

• Ensure that clients are educated about treatment options and have access to necessary resources, maintaining open communication with families and other healthcare providers.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies as required, maintaining a focus on client safety and well-being.

• Carry a manageable caseload, focusing on person-centered care while respecting client's autonomy and preferences in treatment.

• Document sessions accurately and timely to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring timely adjustments to treatment plans in response to evolving needs and feedback.

• Participate in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and share insights drawn from direct client interactions.
