This position is primarily remote, which allows for flexibility in managing your work-life balance while supporting the diverse client base we serve. Despite the remote nature of the job, our team maintains strong communication and collaboration through virtual meetings and digital platforms. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care is delivered to all clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions aligned with clients' needs.
\n
• Collaborate with the treatment team to create client-centered approaches that integrate diverse perspectives and specialties.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to ensure clients' well-being.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance community and support networks.

• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and clarity in client records.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
