Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine patients' emotional and psychological needs at various stages of their health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on providing holistic support to hospice patients and their families. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
