The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from a location of your choice. While the majority of your interactions will occur online, you will also have access to in-person resources and meetings as needed. You'll enjoy a balanced schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend sessions to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Cross Bridge Health & Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing established assessment tools and frameworks.

• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, incorporating therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific challenges.

• Providing high-quality individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic interventions suited to our diverse clientele.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
