In this full-time role, you will work remotely while also occasionally engaging at our outpatient office in Irving, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences, learn from peers, and find fellowship in their journeys toward wellness.

• Individual Counseling: Offer personalized therapy sessions addressing unique client needs, exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while guiding clients in developing actionable coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively create individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and ensuring effective outcomes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, facilitating open communication for the best care coordination, particularly for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing mental health challenges. You will support this demographic through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), an evidence-based initiative designed to offer intensive, holistic care aimed at fostering sustainable recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a commitment to providing compassionate and individualized care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in group therapy, crisis intervention, and working with young adult clients in a mental health setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually.
