Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive care to clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at King Rail, you will work with a diverse clientele across different age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will help address a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Your role will empower clients to understand and manage their mental health while promoting overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to foster rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 110,000 per year, complemented by a bonus structure that rewards performance.
