Key Responsibilities\nAs an LPC at King Rail, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing individualized therapy strategies through comprehensive evaluations and assessments tailored to each client's unique needs. \n
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic methodologies for individuals, couples, families, and groups to foster mental wellness. \n
- Utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy. \n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care. \n
- Maintaining accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines. \n
- Participating in ongoing workshops and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health advancements and treatments. \n
Our target demographic includes children, adolescents, and families facing a range of challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. \n
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting. \n
- A strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards, coupled with exceptional interpersonal communication skills. \n
While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly preferred:

- Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling. \n
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems. \n
- Previous experience working within a community health clinic or similar environments. \n
