Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that address individual needs and mental health goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Deliver therapy to diverse populations including individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on enhancing their mental health and communication skills.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in counseling.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients, leveraging the collective expertise within our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, which may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in assisting clients to navigate their mental health journey, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within Texas.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is preferred.

• A strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in therapeutic practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
