This position offers a full-time remote work environment, allowing LPCs to balance their professional responsibilities with personal commitments. The role involves a hybrid approach, with options for telemedicine as well as in-person sessions at our outpatient offices when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy for diverse clientele.

• Facilitate group sessions, family counseling, and couple therapy, tailoring approaches to the unique dynamics of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying updated on the latest mental health research and trends.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance.
