Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop effective therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address clients’ concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination for clients, enhancing treatment efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, trainings, and continuing education to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families who have limited access to mental health care. You will address a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
