Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and confidentiality.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, manage upcoming appointments, and determine discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Perform intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and establish baseline treatment strategies.

• Document client interactions and progress in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions to reflect on personal practice and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with youth clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Understanding the unique needs of young individuals is crucial, and you will be expected to adapt your therapeutic techniques to ensure a client-focused approach that resonates with younger populations. Building rapport with both clients and their families enhances the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
