Our practice operates from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate both your preferences and the needs of our clients. You will utilize modern telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that you can connect effectively with clients and offer seamless mental health support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Create and implement individual treatment strategies that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate mental health progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients in understanding their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other allied health professionals to ensure uninterrupted, integrated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, offering immediate assistance during trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Experience delivering trauma-informed therapies and interventions preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including annual pay increases and bonus opportunities, paid orientation, monthly professional development sessions, and generous paid time off (PTO).

Our practice provides flexibility in scheduling along with No-Show Protection, allowing you to establish a full clinical caseload typically within the first 90 days following credentialing.
