Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to assess the mental health needs, concerns, and aspirations of clients.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to manage relationship dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Create personalized treatment plans that encapsulate the specific needs and objectives of each client, employing evidence-based interventions.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support and therapeutic strategies to clients facing acute mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications. Our compensation model follows a fee-for-service structure, providing guaranteed rates that pay ahead of collections—ensuring prompt payment without delayed reimbursements.
