This full-time position allows you to provide comprehensive mental health support through telehealth while connecting deeply with clients in the Garland, Texas area. Work Environment\n

This role primarily involves remote work through a telehealth model, allowing you flexibility while reaching clients across various demographics. Our practice operates from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, enabling you to personalize your work schedule to fit your lifestyle. We also provide a robust support team that manages scheduling and client services, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that emphasize recovery and resilience, drawing upon a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions that enhance clients' coping strategies and support trauma processing.
\n
• Utilize specialized therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to drive successful outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, to ensure seamless, integrated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Conduct educational sessions for clients and their families, focusing on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Engage in continuous learning through professional development activities and case consultations centered on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to enhance your clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various age groups and backgrounds who may be experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges. Your efforts will contribute to their healing journey, supporting them in overcoming obstacles and achieving their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders, treatment strategies, and resilience-building theory.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated capacity to deliver trauma-focused therapies is highly preferred.

• Ability to engage with couples and families, with training provided for those new to this aspect of therapy.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to an attractive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
