Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies for clients based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and safety.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care, contributing your expertise and insights to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to remain abreast of advancements in treatment methodologies and mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPC will primarily involve working with a diverse client base that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, is essential.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in clinical practice is required.

• Proven exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on establishing trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies to document and manage client information efficiently.

• An annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
