This role offers a fully remote work environment, designed to foster flexibility and work-life balance. Our state-of-the-art telehealth facility allows LPCs to engage effectively with clients through advanced virtual technology. The schedule is set for full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts, allowing you to fully dedicate your evenings and weekends to personal time and self-care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, you will:

• Facilitate dynamic and supportive group therapy sessions, helping clients share their stories, connect, and learn from one another in a nurturing environment.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions where clients can explore and address their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns, leading to personalized coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored treatment plans that outline achievable, goal-oriented approaches to their mental health journey.

• Continuously monitor and assess client progress through various feedback and assessment tools, documenting outcomes to ensure effective treatment.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff—to coordinate care effectively and tackle complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges. This demographic may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and transitional life issues. Your role is pivotal in not only providing clinical support but also in fostering a sense of hope and resilience, crucial for this age group.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Digital Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive salary, we provide:
