Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while delivering therapeutic support.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, facilitating effective end-of-treatment planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Perform intake assessments, gathering comprehensive information to inform treatment approaches.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions effectively while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in individual supervision and participate in team meetings to enhance collaborative practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
