Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, leveraging telehealth platforms to provide therapy to clients within a virtual setting. Our flexible work environment supports work-life balance, allowing you to manage your schedule from the comfort of your home. With operational hours extending from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, we foster a dynamic working atmosphere that adapts to the needs of both our counselors and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand clients' trauma histories and formulate suitable treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address trauma recovery and support resilience-building in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to aid client healing.

• Deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on processing traumatic experiences and developing healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that clients receive integrated and comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating responsiveness and clinical skill.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping strategies, empowering them to navigate challenges.

Qualifications\n
