Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage in a variety of vital tasks, such as:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead group therapy sessions for young adults, fostering an environment where clients can share experiences, build connections, and learn from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized, empathetic counseling to clients, exploring their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Implement various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and assessments.

• Collaborating with the Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, participating in regular consultations and coordinating treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients aged 18 to 30 within our intensive outpatient programs (IOP), who are facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life stressors. Your role will be pivotal in providing support and guidance as they navigate these obstacles while promoting their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid LPC license to practice in Texas.
\n
• Strong commitment to ethical guidelines and continuous professional development.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A deep-rooted passion for mental health care and advocacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
