Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Care in Mind Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Therapeutic Facilitation: Lead group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences and connect with peers in a supportive environment.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions to provide personalized, empathetic support, enabling clients to explore their feelings and behaviors more deeply.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess client progress through various evaluation methods, maintaining accurate records and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
