Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that promote peer interaction and support, helping clients share experiences and develop communal coping strategies.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, employing empathic listening and tailored therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their personal development and healing journeys.

• Collaborative Treatment Planning: Work alongside clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, preferences, and needs, ensuring the plans are dynamic and adaptable.

Qualifications\n

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification within the State of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
