This remote role operates from your own home within the framework of our established outpatient community health clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices and solution-oriented methods.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities to address the unique needs of your clients.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation is timely and secure.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care that enhances patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular case consultations and peer review meetings to optimize service delivery.

• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing valuable information regarding mental health, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay current with the latest research and clinical practices in mental health to continually enhance your therapeutic approach and contribute to clinical excellence.

• Manage a full caseload effectively, ensuring that each patient receives timely interventions and meets their treatment goals, aligning your work with professional standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our clinic, you will engage with a diverse clientele facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your focus will be on developing meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower clients to take ownership of their mental health journey. You will play a crucial role in guiding individuals and families through complex emotional landscapes, fostering resilience and hope.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, particularly in delivering psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, enabling effective assessment and intervention planning.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapies specific to adolescent and adult populations.

• Training or certification in additional therapeutic modalities is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
