Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing support to clients while fostering a positive therapeutic relationship.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage with colleagues in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health realm.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with a variety of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
