Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients by building rapport and establishing professional relationships grounded in ethical practices and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and to manage appointment scheduling, including facilitating discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring that all progress notes and treatment updates are current and accurate.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop suitable treatment paths.

• Engage in individual supervision to refine therapeutic practices and maintain professional development.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights regarding client treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele spans a broad spectrum, including individuals facing mental health challenges, families in crisis, and children requiring support in navigating emotional or behavioral difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering annual compensation between $75,000 and $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. We provide a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, allowing clinicians to receive payments ahead of collections to avoid delays.
