Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions that promote peer connection, facilitate dialogue around shared experiences, and encourage mutual support among clients.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while developing actionable coping strategies.

• Treatment Plan Development: Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.

• Progress Evaluation: Regularly assess and document clients' progress using appropriate assessment tools, while also providing constructive feedback that guides their treatment journey.

• Team Collaboration: Maintain active communication with a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights to complex case discussions and ensuring holistic continuity of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are dealing with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our outpatient treatment program (PHP) is designed to provide these clients with structured support that respects their individual circumstances and challenges, allowing for genuine healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health treatment, specifically with adolescents or young adults.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth practices, as well as those who have worked with diverse populations. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
