Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be instrumental in delivering therapeutic services tailored to the needs of diverse young adults aged 18 to 30. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that promote sharing and collective healing among clients, enhancing their ability to connect and support one another.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will assist them in developing customized coping strategies and actionable plans for recovery.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific challenges and aspirations.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track clients' progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued growth.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, case managers, and other counselors, to coordinate care and discuss complex cases to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient treatment program primarily serves young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado.
