Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific goals and challenges faced by each client, continuously adapting strategies based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling, group therapy sessions, and family therapy meetings, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s unique situations.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of all client interactions, therapy sessions, and developments to ensure compliance with clinical standards and to track progress towards treatment goals.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to create a holistic treatment approach for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
